General Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

Services" means the computer repair, hardware sales, software installation, and other related services provided by PC Power International Ltd (hereafter referred to as 'We,' 'Us,' or 'Our'). "Equipment" means any hardware, software, or other materials provided by Us as part of the Services. "Charges" means the fees payable by you for the Services and Equipment. "Contract" means these terms and conditions, along with any specific agreements made between you and Us. "Committed Period" means the minimum period (e.g., 12 months for a service plan) for which you agree to receive the Services. "Early Termination Charges" means the charges payable if you terminate the Contract before the end of the Committed Period. "Service Credits" means credits that may be applied to your account if We fail to meet agreed-upon service levels.

2. When the Contract Begins and How Long it Lasts

The Contract starts on the agreed "Start Date" and continues for the "Term." The "Term" may include an initial "Committed Period" (typically 12 months) and subsequent renewal periods of 12 months each. The Contract may automatically renew unless terminated by either party with appropriate notice.

3. Receiving our Services

You must provide necessary information and access to your devices or premises for Us to perform the Services. We may use third-party suppliers for certain aspects of the Services. You are responsible for ensuring compatibility of your existing systems with Our Services.

4. What Level of Service We Give to You; Access to your Premises and Assistance from You

We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee continuous service availability or freedom from errors. You must promptly report any service issues to Us. We may need to access your devices or premises to resolve service issues. Service Credits may be applicable if We fail to meet agreed-upon service levels.

5. Your Obligations when Using the Services and the Equipment

You cannot resell the Services or use them for illegal activities. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining data backups and security. You must not engage in any activity that could harm Our network or reputation.

6. How We Charge and How You Pay

You will pay the Charges as specified in your agreement with Us. We may change Our Charges with notice, and you have the right to terminate the Contract if you disagree with the changes. Payments are typically due upon completion of service or according to agreed-upon billing cycles. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest.

7. Changing the Contract

We may vary these terms and conditions at any time by posting the changes on Our website at least 30 days before they take effect. You have the right to terminate the Contract if you disagree with any material changes.

8. Ending the Contract

Either party can terminate the Contract with 30 days' written notice (90 days for Leased Lines), subject to any early termination fees. We can terminate immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms. Early Termination Charges may apply if you terminate the Contract before the end of the Committed Period.

9. Our Rights to Suspend the Services

We may suspend services for reasons such as non-payment, breach of terms, technical limitations, or as required by law.

10. Consequences of Ending the Contract

Upon termination, you must return any Our Equipment. You may be liable for Early Termination Charges or other fees. We will delete any data stored as part of the Services.

11. Our Liability to You

Our liability for damages is limited. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Specific warranties or guarantees for Equipment may apply.

12. Use and Disclosure of Your Personal Information

We will handle your data in accordance with Our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties must keep any confidential information received from the other party private and not disclose it to any third parties without prior consent.

14. Third-Party Rights

No third party has rights under this Contract.

15. Assigning the Contract

We may assign the Contract to a third party. You may not assign the Contract without Our written consent.

16. Entire Contract

This Contract represents the entire agreement between you and Us.

17. Notices

Notices must be in writing and sent to the addresses specified in the Contract.

18. Waiver

Failure by Us to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

19. Enforceability

If any part of the Contract is invalid, the rest remains in effect.

20. Resolving Complaints or Disputes

Contact Our customer service to resolve any complaints or queries.

21. Bringing a Claim

Any legal proceedings must be brought within 3 months of the issue arising.

22. Law

The Contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
